The fee for a 50 minute session is $200. I also hold several spots for those that need a reduced fee.
I don’t accept any insurance but am considered an out-of-network provider with insurance. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a Superbill if requested and you can then submit to your insurance company for potential partial reimbursement.
Please know that not all insurance plans offer reimbursement and that some may have a deductible or an allowable amount. It is best to call the number on the back of your insurance card and speak to a representative about what your specific benefits are.
If you are on any type of Medicare plan , I am not able to provide you with a Superbill as I have opted out-of-network with Medicare and therefore I’m unable to be involved with any Medicare program.

I do not offer in-person sessions.
I see all clients virtually, using a secure and confidential telehealth platform called SimplePractice.
You will receive a unique link for each session sent by email and text message. You can use either a web browser on your desktop/laptop or download an app for mobile devices.

Online therapy allows you to not have to worry about traffic, the weather, making sure you have enough time to get to the next place you are going and even honestly, getting dressed up…I’ll never know if you are wearing pajama pants!
All you need to do is block 1 hour for yourself and as long as you are in Florida or New York, in a quiet and private space, with a good WiFi connection, we can make it work.
I work with adults that are already juggling a lot and this is just one small thing I can do to make it easier to invest a little time for yourself. If you are worried that we won’t be able to make a connection, I promise that even through a screen, I'm here for you, fully present and engaged in our conversations.

You are always able to cancel a session at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing, texting, or calling me.
If it is less than 24 hours or you do not attend a planned session without any notice, you will be responsible for paying the full missed session fee.

The number of sessions varies from person to person. Some people only need short-term support (8-12 sessions), while others enjoy having the option to receive support for a longer period of time.
In addition, all clients are seen 1x week when we begin working together. After that initial period, we can then modify how often we meet depending on the level of support you need. Some people continue to meet weekly, while others meet with me 2x month or monthly.
